We print and mail your postcards within 5 business days of payment. Postcards are sent via USPS First-Class Mail, which typically takes 3-5 business days for delivery. Total time from order to delivery is usually 8-10 business days, though this can vary during peak holiday season.
You'll need to upload a spreadsheet (Excel or CSV) with your recipients' names and mailing addresses. Required columns are: name, street address, city, state (2-letter code), and ZIP code. If you want different messages on each postcard, you'll also include a message column.
Yes! You have two options: (1) Use the same message on all postcards—choose from our preset messages or write your own (up to 300 characters). (2) Add a unique message per postcard by including a "message" column in your spreadsheet. You can also add an optional sign-off and your sender name that appears on all postcards.
For orders of 5,000 or more postcards, please request a custom quote. We'll work with you on pricing and logistics for larger orders. Use the "Request Quote" link at the bottom of the page.
Currently, we only mail to US addresses. All addresses must include a valid US state code and ZIP code. We validate addresses before printing to help ensure successful delivery.

Absolutely. After you configure your order and upload your recipient list, we'll show you a digital proof of your postcards. You can preview both sides—the front design and the back with your message and mailing address—for multiple recipients before proceeding to payment.
Our postcards are 8.5" x 5.5" landscape format. The front features your chosen design with "Happy Holidays" and your name, while the back includes your personalized message, optional sign-off, and the recipient's mailing address.
